PREPARATION, LINEN & TOWELS On arrival, your holiday home will have been cleaned and prepared, equipment and facilities checked. Should an item be found deficient we will endeavour to rectify this before your arrival. In addition, each property provides full linen and towels, with all beds made and any nursery hire requirements attended to, though we do expect you to provide cot linen and bedding. EQUIPMENT & HEATING All of our properties are equipped to at least a three star standard, this ensures you will find the kitchen equipped to self cater adequately, including cooking facility, refrigerator, kettle and ironing facilities, also each property will have a colour television. The property will be heated prior to your arrival and, in most cases, heating is inclusive with timers available for you to adjust for comfort. Many of our properties offer a far more extensive list, including such items as stereo, video, also such luxuries as whirlpool baths and even sauna. ADDITIONAL SERVICES We have compiled an extended list of additional items and services that, where available, you may wish to take advantage of, so giving yourselves a real break from day to day chores. If you are interested in any of these items please call to discuss your requirements. Further if you have any special needs please do not hesitate to ask and where possible we would be delighted to help meet your request. COAL & LOGS: At some properties fuel can be ordered for you, at others you will have to purchase locally at garages, shops etc. Please check property details and price guides. NURSERY EQUIPMENT For those with babies we can arrange cot, highchair, stairgate & fire guards for hire. LEISURE ACTIVITIES: We hold a list of many activities available or are simply happy to point you in the right direction for walks and places to visit. BABY SITTING: So that you may have an evening out or get out on the fells to try some of the strenuous walks you did as a couple we can arrange for baby sitting using a circle of friends and contacts we ourselves use. Please advise on the booking form how many nights and date preference. PRICES & AVAILABILITY OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES It is advisable to order all requirements at the booking stage to avoid disappointment, but we must point out that all services are subject to third parties and or availability. Prices and charges will be given on application unless stated within the brochure or booking form. THINGS TO BRING It is wise to assume there will be no consumables left at the property, so you need to include in your provisions such items as washing up liquid or dishwasher powder, firelighters for an open fire and perhaps a few extra towels if you intend to swim at the leisure club or in one of the lakes.
